What types of products does Revitara offer?

Are Revitara products dermatologically tested?
Yes. All Revitara products are developed in compliance with dermatological safety standards and undergo quality assurance testing to ensure they are safe, effective, and suitable for daily use.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Revitara does not conduct or commission animal testing on any of its products. Many of our items are vegan-friendly, meaning they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. Please refer to each product description for details.
Are Revitara products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Many of our formulations are developed specifically for sensitive skin and are free from harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and alcohol. However, we recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.
How should I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin, such as the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours to check for any signs of irritation or allergic reaction. If any discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.
How do I place an order on the website?

We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt at fairfinelondon@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will provide instructions for exchange or refund.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes. Refunds and returns are available in accordance with our Refund Policy. Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Fair & Fine London delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our shipping network to other regions in the near future.
Are there customs fees or import duties?
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are not subject to customs duties. If you are ordering from outside the UK in the future, additional import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
